Include the minimum, nominal and maximum product dimensions in the intended orientation, the required finished bag and seal positions, plus the production reel specification. Photographs or video of the upstream product arrival can also help define feeding and pitch.

Use the dimensional guideShow the awkward product as well as the ideal sample
Explain which normal product variation creates the greatest wrapping concern: a bent item, variable height, loose group, sticky surface or fragile edge. Send a description or photographs of both typical and difficult examples. This helps the first review focus on handling and sealing questions that a perfect sample might conceal.
If a current wrapper is being replaced, distinguish defects in the wrapped pack from interruptions caused by product supply or downstream equipment. Include the existing film specification and approved pack appearance if available, while clearly identifying any proposed change to either.

- State accepted packs over a defined period and the expected staffing arrangement. Label the figure as a target if it has not been demonstrated.
