When requesting help, provide the machine model and serial details, product and film, recipe, alarm history, photographs or video, when the fault began and what changed immediately beforehand.
Send accepted and rejected pack examples, film data, temperature and speed settings, and identify whether the fault affects the fin seal, end seal, cut, print or code.
Record alarm text, event order, product position, line state and whether the fault follows a product, reel, format, operator or production time.
Use the machine identification and supplied parts information. Photographs and dimensions can help confirm the component but should not replace the correct part reference.
Record the approved product and film, former and change parts, bag length, pitch, conveyor speeds, registration, temperatures, jaw timing, code settings, inspection limits and the accepted pack-quality checks for each format.
Cover safe start and stop, film loading, recipe selection, changeover, first-off approval, routine checks, cleaning, common alarms, reject handling, escalation and the limits of work permitted without maintenance isolation.
